August 29, 2020 - Distribution

Special Thanks to Mien Evangelical Church for allowing the volunteers to use their parking for emergency food distribution. Many gratitudes and appreciations go to the wonderful volunteers from various communities who come together to help out. We served over 400 families between the three sites and four communities. There were 67 Iu Mien families who received assistance from this project.

Mien International Enrichment Network is partnering with United Communities of Laos, a coalition of six non-profit organizations in Washington State to provide relief assistance to the families in the communities of Loas (Khmu, Hmong, Iu Mien, and Lao-Lue) who are impacted by the Covid-19. Please complete the application using either the paper form or the online form via the link provided below. You can return the paper application to the person who gave you the application or take it to the food distribution location. If you complete the online form, you do not need to return the form. For rental assistance, someone will contact you to let you know whether you have been approved or denied.
